Beginner Form

5-9 years – Saturday 12:15-12:45 p.m. at St. Nicholas Adult High School (893 Admiral Ave.)
Cost: $40/year/child or $60/year/family + 1 time purchase of Polanie T-shirt $10/each

Intermediate Form

10-13 years – Saturday 12:15-12:45 p.m. at St. Nicholas Adult High School (893 Admiral Ave.)
Cost: $40/year/child or $60/year/family + 1 time purchase of Polanie T-shirt $10/each

Senior Form

14 years+ – Monday 7:30-9:30 p.m. at Dom Polski (379 Waverley St.)
Cost:  $60/year + 1 time purchase of Polanie T-shirt $10/each
